Key Responsibilities

  • •Own sustainment systems strategy and roadmap across operations planning, fleet management, maintenance execution, reliability/FRACAS, and customer support.
  • •Lead and grow a cross-functional team delivering, operating, and improving sustainment systems (including product managers, software engineers, application engineers, and embedded builders).
  • •Partner with field operations, maintainers, ProdOps, supply chain, and business lines to design workflows that address real constraints.
  • •Create durable mechanisms for intake, prioritization, roadmap management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • •Translate field problems into system designs, phased execution plans, and measurable readiness outcomes; treat data quality, reliability, integration design, access controls, auditability, and support models as product requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years working in and leading technology teams supporting complex physical operations such as maintenance, field service, fleet management, logistics, manufacturing, or warehousing.
  • •Strong understanding of maintenance and reliability, fleet or asset management, sustainment planning, spares and inventory planning, or field service operations.
  • •Track record solving cross-functional operational problems requiring multiple system, team, or process changes.
  • •Strong product judgment to distinguish workaround vs durable platform capability and choose what to ship now vs later.
