Key Responsibilities

  • •Gain exposure to Rooms operations across Connectivity (Concierge), Front Office, Host (Guest Services), and Housekeeping to deliver a five-star guest experience.
  • •Assist with pre-arrival planning and manage guest experience from pre-arrival through departure, including personalized itineraries and recommendations.
  • •Support Front Office tasks such as check-in/check-out, pre-arrival preparations using guest profiles and preferences, and responding to inquiries and concerns.
  • •Help Host (Guest Services) by coordinating and delivering amenities and services, escorting guests, and handling logistics like transportation and parking.
  • •Participate in Housekeeping inspections, room assignment report preparation, inventory monitoring, and coordination of turndown services, room setups, and amenity deliveries.

Key Requirements

  • •Be a current student or recent graduate (within 2 years) of a university hospitality program.
  • •Commit to a minimum 3-month (90-day) internship.
  • •Prior hospitality experience is strongly preferred.
