Job Summary

Build trusted, long-term relationships with individuals and small business clients by uncovering financial wellness needs through in-person conversations and proactive calls. Meet individual sales and activity goals while opening and recommending products such as checking, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and CDs. Partner closely with branch teammates and line-of-business specialists to deepen referrals, ensure compliance, and support branch teller operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide an excellent client experience by engaging with clients and teammates in-person and over the phone.
•Listen for opportunities related to clients’ financial wellness and deliver customized recommendations.
•Open personal and business accounts and assist with a range of banking products (e.g., deposits, home equity, unsecured lending, CDs).
•Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
•1+ years of experience developing new and current customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
