Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform and supervise testing of epoxy/concrete/mortar/admixture/flooring and RM/PM/FG per R&D specifications, including intermediates and finished products.
  • •Generate Certificates of Analysis, maintain QC records (hard copy and soft copy), and ensure calibration and maintenance of lab testing equipment.
  • •Authorize and execute RM/PM/FG release in SAP; manage non-conforming material notes and label nonconforming raw/packing/intermediate/finished materials.
  • •Handle customer complaints using RCA, implement corrective actions, and ensure modification of first-time failure batches per R&D guidelines.
  • •Ensure compliance with IMS standards, audits, 5S/housekeeping, conduct process audits with corrective actions, and support procurement/R&D for new materials and vendor development.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (Inorganic/Organic Chemistry) or MSc Chemistry/Chemical Engineering.
  • •5–6 years of manufacturing/quality control experience in construction chemicals or chemical manufacturing.
  • •Knowledge of ERP/ SAP and ability to authorize RM/PM/FG release in SAP.
  • •Good laboratory practice and strong understanding of routine QC methods, procedures, and equipment handling.
  • •Knowledge of IMS (Integrated Management System) and compliance with laboratory audits and documentation requirements.
