Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide maintenance support for plant-wide quality production, including keeping work order records and completing maintenance paperwork.
  • •Dismantle defective machines and install new or repaired parts, including cleaning and lubricating machinery components.
  • •Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic equipment; repair and replace gauges, valves, and pressure regulators.
  • •Repair and maintain physical structures of the establishment and make simple welds when needed.
  • •Install, program, or repair automated machinery and machine tools to fabricate or repair machine parts.

Key Requirements

  • •AS degree in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent, with 3–5 years of experience; or a minimum high school diploma/GED with 5–7 years of work experience.
  • •Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or scheduled instructions.
  • •Ability to apply basic algebra and geometry and solve practical problems with limited standardization.
  • •Experience in a gravure printing facility is highly desirable.
  • •Ability to work rotating shifts and be available to work over 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week when needed.
