Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and project manage enablement, operational readiness, reporting, and process improvement initiatives across multiple functions to drive business efficiency.
  • •Own, enhance, and maintain recurring reporting including scorecards, trackers, and operational dashboards supporting leadership decision-making.
  • •Partner with operations stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather needs, align on priorities, and deliver practical solutions for business execution.
  • •Build and maintain Excel-based reporting solutions and analyze operational trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers to recommend process improvements.
  • •Support adoption and readiness through documentation, training, communications, launch checklists, follow-up actions, and meeting materials/action-item tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS degree in a related field with 2+ years of related work experience (MS degree acceptable; nondegreed candidates with 6+ years experience).
  • •Advanced Excel proficiency, including the ability to build reporting solutions using pivot tables, XLOOKUP, complex formulas, Power Query, and data validation.
  • •Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets to validate data accuracy, identify patterns, and convert raw data into actionable insights.
  • •Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to present findings in a clear business narrative.
  • •Preferred: Power BI experience building/maintaining dashboards, data models, or KPI scorecards; plus experience with Power Query, Tableau, Salesforce reporting, or similar BI tools.
