Job Summary

Maintain accurate vehicle inventory and support customer experience by receiving and securing shipped vehicles, preparing title packets for transfers, and performing lot maintenance, merchandising, and photo uploads. Prep vehicles for customer returns and loaners, drive vehicles on and off the lot for repairs, storage, and auction support, and follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements while keeping work areas clean and orderly.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain accurate inventory by following CarMax inventory processes.
•Receive and secure vehicles shipped to CarMax and prepare title packets for transfers.
•Perform lot maintenance and merchandising to keep display areas clean and organized.
•Prep vehicles for customer returns and loaners, including washing and vacuuming.
•Execute the photo station process for carmax.com listings and drive vehicles on and off the lot for repairs, storage, and auction support while following EH&S requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15.71 - 21.93 hourly

Key Requirements

•Valid driver’s license and ability to meet CarMax driving standards.

•Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
