Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in day-to-day team management, including deliverable tracking, valuation model development, model reviews, and presentation of results to senior leaders.
  • •Lead completion of valuation models in accordance with Blackstone’s valuation policy and external guidance.
  • •Drive onboarding for new portfolio investments, ensuring proper data collection procedures are in place.
  • •Manage annual audit and interim reviews with third-party valuation firms.
  • •Improve valuations and reporting processes, technologies, offshore resources, and develop presentation materials for internal and external audiences.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or similar; CFA and/or CPA is a plus.
  • •6+ years of experience in valuations, transaction services, a private equity fund, consulting, or related analytical roles.
  • •Thorough understanding of ASC 820 and valuation guidance, including income, market, yield analysis, and other valuation approaches.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills with experience managing relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint and excellent written and oral communication, including presenting to senior leaders.
