Job Summary

Lead the design and enhancement of the company’s global Total Rewards strategy, including compensation and benefits policies, global compensation structures, and incentive programs. Drive short- and long-term incentive plan implementation, partner with HR and business leaders to resolve complex compensation matters, and conduct benchmarking to identify gaps and improve annual programs. Provide training and develop efficient workflows to support continuous improvement across regions.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and build compensation and benefits (C&B) policies and guidelines, including global compensation structure and benefits programs.
•Lead the design and implementation of short-term and long-term incentive programs and execute related communication strategies.
•Partner with the business and HRBPs to manage, consult on, and resolve complex compensation and benefits matters.
•Conduct benchmarking studies to evaluate current policies and recommend enhancements.
•Oversee annual C&B program execution (e.g., annual salary review, LTI grants, benefits reviews) and deliver training on Total Rewards processes and best practices.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with solid experience in global compensation and benefits design, including incentive program design and annual reviews.
•Deep knowledge of broad-based compensation and short- and long-term incentive program design and implementation.
•Excellent communication skills to drive business conversations and secure stakeholder buy-in.
•Demonstrated financial acumen and business insights for designing incentive programs.
•Proficiency in both English and Mandarin for close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders in Mandarin-speaking regions.
