  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving strategic people initiatives and organizational design improvements that enhance performance, agility, and employee experience.
  • •Champion organizational change, change management, and process improvement initiatives; assess organizational health and shape team structures, capabilities, and culture.
  • •Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning across functions.
  • •Provide strategic guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring consistency, fairness, and compliance with labor laws.
  • •Lead the design and execution of performance management strategies that support leadership accountability, employee growth, and business results.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive business-aligned HR strategies
  • •Experience leading organizational design, change management, and workforce planning across functions
  • •Strong background in performance management, employee relations, and compliance with evolving labor laws
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred
