Key Responsibilities

•Map and own the end-to-end service journey for Platform Engineering, designing how people, processes, and technology work together for a seamless developer experience.
•Create interventions that change how whole teams and systems work together, driving continuous improvement beyond individual features.
•Act as a consultant to product and engineering teams, helping them apply design-led methodologies to their problem spaces.
•Design how AI shows up in developer workflows, covering discovery, self-service, troubleshooting, documentation, and automation.
•Define a clear service strategy for broad, undefined areas within the internal developer platform and consult on UX/UI excellence as features evolve.

Key Requirements

•7+ years in design overall, including 3+ years in service design, working across complex software or hardware environments.
•Proven track record using service design to simplify intricate workflows in SaaS or B2B products.
•Develop a full, top-to-bottom understanding of systems behind developer touchpoints to drive operational improvements that improve satisfaction and retention.
•Map complex, end-to-end journeys across entire ecosystems, ensuring consistency and logic at every touchpoint.
•Be comfortable coaching and advising teams and communicating design value to senior stakeholders with exceptional facilitation and storytelling.
