Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and coach up to 8 software engineers across multiple projects, including performance reviews and 1:1s.
  • •Design, architect, and implement new features in the Spellbook application in partnership with product.
  • •Oversee technical projects from start to finish by engaging stakeholders and addressing customer pain points.
  • •Use large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, and others) to improve application functionality, including review suggestions.
  • •Build and maintain infrastructure on AWS using AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) and improve API performance and reliability.
