Key Responsibilities

  • •Own disposition end to end for institutional single-family rental owners, from listing launch through contract to close.
  • •Pre-walk homes, attend required point-of-sale inspections, and manage listings in the field regularly.
  • •Field and negotiate offers while keeping the customer’s terms at the center of conversations.
  • •Coordinate deal progress from contract through closing with back-of-house transaction support.
  • •Help build the Chicago market presence as the first Mainstay agent on the ground.

Key Requirements

  • •Active Illinois real estate license and residence in the Chicago metro.
  • •5+ years of experience as a licensed real estate agent.
  • •Demonstrated listing experience including pricing, launching listings, negotiating offers, and coordinating contract-to-close.
  • •A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license, with willingness to drive across the metro daily.
  • •Strong technical skills with Salesforce or a similar CRM, plus G-Suite and Slack; ability to work across multiple systems at once.
