Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement an end-to-end architecture for streaming services to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
•Provide technical leadership to delivery teams on streaming patterns like asynchronous communication and publish/subscribe at scale.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate streaming solutions into existing products and services.
•Design, deliver, and operate a Kafka platform at scale with robust message processing.
•Monitor and analyze streaming performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance user experience and minimize latency.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience designing, delivering, and operating an Apache Kafka platform at scale.
•Strong skills in scalable, reliable streaming architecture that supports high-throughput and low-latency processing.
•Experience designing data domains and data models for organized, accessible data and smooth integration across systems.
•Understanding of asynchronous communication patterns and publish/subscribe models in streaming architectures.
•Programming proficiency for streaming applications, such as Java, Scala, or Python.
