Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute commercial products strategy in Japan based on benchmarking, competitive analysis, research, and best practices in alignment with Mastercard global and regional strategies.
•Own and manage the development and deployment of new commercial products and solutions, partnerships and programs, and product pricing.
•Define optimal business model and value proposition for commercial products in Japan to enable Mastercard to capture new payments flows, drive revenue and market share growth.
•Optimize and expand commercial product portfolios of existing Issuers and Commercial Payments Specialists and support new issuance opportunities by working with Issuers, Acquirers, PSPs, Fintechs and other ecosystem players.
•Be a subject matter expert and liaison for commercial products externally for customers and internally for global and regional product management teams.
