Job Summary

Support the Planning function in Alfa Laval's Pune site by guiding D365 ERP adoption, driving process alignment with global standards, and coordinating data migration and post-go-live support. You will train end users, manage change, and act as the local expert for D365 across multiple functions, enabling efficient planning and data integrity.

•Participate in process reviews and provide input for potential process improvements
•Support in change management and train local users in D365
•Hands-on involvement in site rollout and ensuring local processes fit global processes
•Define and test business scenarios and track process performance
•Coordinate activities across sites and govern post-go-live processes

Key Requirements

•B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical) with 5+ years of experience.
•Strong knowledge of the business processes and best practice in sourcing and procurement
•Awareness of or exposure to D365 / ERP implementation will be preferred
•Ability to train and guide others and bridge gaps between D365 experts and end-users
•Experience with data migration/cleansing (Movex legacy system) and data extraction
