Key Responsibilities

  • •In the OMT manufacturing area, analyze overall machine performance and drive systematic improvements for a designated area.
  • •Convert analysis results into actionable on-site improvement actions and assist cross-teams in tracking progress and effectiveness.
  • •Perform weekly/monthly OEE analyses to identify performance gaps and propose specific, prioritized improvement recommendations.
