Job Summary

Lead complex integrated projects covering Security, Low Current (LC), and Audio Visual (AV) systems, providing senior technical oversight from planning through commissioning and handover. Develop project plans aligned to specifications, budget, and schedules; conduct value engineering and cost-benefit analyses; and mitigate technical risks with contingency plans. Own system design and integration across platforms, manage schedules and resources, and mentor junior engineering teams while supporting customer on-site satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide senior-level leadership and technical oversight for complex Security, Low Current (LC), and AV projects.
•Develop comprehensive project plans aligned to client specifications, budget constraints, and schedules across integrated systems.
•Perform budget analysis, value engineering, and cost-benefit assessments to identify optimization and cost savings.
•Drive engineering processes and commissioning excellence; standardize procedures and tools across project phases.
•Manage schedules, milestones, and resources; mentor and manage junior engineering teams, and ensure customer acceptance through handover processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related technical field.
•Minimum 7+ years of progressive project engineering experience with leadership roles in integrated Security, LC, and AV systems.
•Expertise reviewing and approving shop drawings, technical specifications, and system architectures for multi-disciplinary projects.
•Extensive experience with Honeywell Security systems (Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection) and related field control systems.
•Ability to configure, commission, and troubleshoot complex integrated systems, including server-side software and front-end applications.
