Job Summary

Join a 16-week SkillBridge program designed for service members transitioning to civilian careers, rotating through warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and human resources across 13 locations in the Pacific Region. You’ll gain hands-on exposure, learn the business model and core values, and develop collaboration and communication skills to prepare for roles such as Operations Manager, Operations Coordinator, or Inside Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

•Gain hands-on exposure to all aspects of our business—including warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain, and human resources.
•Learn our business model, company culture, and core values while building on your existing skills through structured, on-the-job training to support a smooth transition into a civilian career.
•Collaborate with branch teams across locations to support program goals and daily operations.
•Develop foundational skills in operations and customer service to prepare for future roles in the organization.
•Explore potential career paths such as Operations Manager, Operations Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, and Inside Sales Representative.
