Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose client pain points and map high-value opportunities with major law firms and enterprises, guiding Harvey’s integration into practice.
  • •Lead end-to-end pilots and deployments: discovery, workflow design, testing, onboarding, iteration, and firm-wide rollout.
  • •Collaborate with innovation leaders, legal operations, and customer success to embed the platform in day-to-day legal work.
  • •Translate user insights into product direction to influence the roadmap and product strategy.
  • •Help clients evaluate the business impact of AI, including improvements in associate leverage and cross-practice workflow transformation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 178,500 - 241,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Have experience at a top law firm or in-house legal team; innovation, legal ops, or consulting experience is a plus.
  • •Familiarity with the legal tech ecosystem as an employee, founder, or advisor to legal tech startups
  • •Are product-savvy and tech-curious. You’re not expected to code, but you can navigate conversations about generative AI, workflow design, privacy, governance, and enterprise rollout.
  • •Communicate with clarity and confidence across roles — partners, associates, engineers, PMs, CIOs, and legal ops.
  • •Can independently run multiple client engagements in parallel.
