Lead and scale a governed, reusable Data → Knowledge → Skills platform stack (Databricks lakehouse) that powers analytics, AI agents, and real-time decisioning. Key Responsibilities

•Architect and scale the governed Data→Knowledge→Skills stack across regions and use cases, ensuring accessibility for Data Science, AI engineering, and business stakeholders.
•Own the regional and global data localization strategy within the Databricks environment, reconciling local compliance with a unified global data model.
•Productize capabilities so both human analysts and machine agents can reason, automate, and execute reliably.
•Partner with Data Science, AI engineering, Product, and Risk teams to enable rapid experimentation and high-quality decision-making.
•Drive adoption and developer experience with clear SLAs/SLOs and measurable impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 300,000 - 330,000 annually

Key Requirements

•15+ years in data or platform engineering
•5+ years leading engineering teams in complex, multi-region environments
•Proven experience architecting and scaling modern data platforms with semantic layers or knowledge graphs
•Strong data modeling expertise (transactional, event-driven, dimensional, feature tables) with emphasis on data quality and lineage
•Track record of building reusable programmatic capabilities on top of data platforms (APIs, orchestration, analytical workflows, agent-callable tools)
