Job Summary

Lead and develop the logistics and warehouse supply chain pillar across APAC, driving procurement and efficiency targets for the region. Own risk management, efficiency initiatives, KPIs, working capital improvements, and sustainability while rolling out global logistics programs. Provide expertise across supply chain with focus on logistics/warehouse efficiency, contracts, RFQs, and best-in-class systems, processes, and tools (including SAP-enabled TMS/WMS).

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, drive, and develop the logistics and warehouse supply chain pillar in APAC.
•Provide ultimate accountability for procurement and efficiency targets, including risk management, efficiency projects, efficiency KPIs, working capital improvements, and sustainability.
•Contribute to and roll out global logistics initiatives, including SAP rollout and associated TMS/WMS.
•Provide regional expertise across supply chain with a special focus on logistical and warehouse efficiency, commercial contracts, RFQs, and best-in-class systems, process, and tools.
•Compile and analyze regional category data to build category strategy; partner with local teams to implement procurement strategy and remove project roadblocks, ensuring alignment with country targets and strategies.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated broad understanding of supply chain management, with expertise in customer freight (outbound logistics).
•Familiarity with best-in-class systems, processes, and tools, including digitisation, ERP systems, SAP, TMS, WMS, and Big Data analysis.
•Experience with supply chain cost management, including vendor management, negotiation, Total Cost of Ownership analysis, Should Cost analysis, RFQ, contract management, supplier qualification, and supplier scoring.
•Ability to manage conflict and encourage collaboration in virtual teams.
•Strong communication skills in English, able to present concepts at functional and executive levels.
