Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
•10+ years of relevant experience
•Design or test experience in systems engineering, arrayed antennas, MMICs, RF modules, beam forming architectures, power and thermal, beam control firmware/software
•Experience with Active Electronically Scanned Arrays (AESAs)
•Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams through systems engineering, integration and test activities
