Job Summary

Senior Professional Services leader responsible for end-to-end delivery performance and commercial execution for a domain within Keyloop Fusion and DMS products. Own scoping, delivery governance, and customer outcomes, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to drive profitable, repeatable engagements and measurable value across global regions.

Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Own the domain's performance and commercial execution across regions, including revenue, margin, utilization, and time to value; lead domain performance reviews and manage in-flight delivery risk and forecast accuracy.
•Drive domain pipeline with Sales and Account Management; influence scoping, commercial positioning, and SOW governance to ensure profitable, deliverable engagements that meet customer outcomes from day one.
•Define and own delivery methodology and reusable components; ensure engagements are scoped, structured, and delivered with a repeatable standard that drives real customer outcomes.
•Champion customer outcomes and adoption within the domain; work with CS to track adoption, measure success, and ensure smooth handovers into support.
•Foster cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, CS, and PS Ops to feed domain insights into roadmaps, forecasting, and capability building.

Key Requirements

•Senior leadership experience in Professional Services within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
•Demonstrable commercial acumen: revenue management, margin accountability, scoping, and contributing to the sales cycle.
•Deep domain expertise within the relevant Keyloop product area with authoritative guidance on implementation, configuration, and outcomes.
•Proven ability to drive delivery consistency across geographically distributed teams.
•Strong cross-functional influencing skills and ability to work with Product, Engineering, Sales, and CS without direct authority.
