Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor a team of two Senior Finance Business Partners and an Analyst, ensuring financial planning, cost control, and analysis across all Functions.
  • •Translate complex financial data and variance analysis into strategic narratives that drive leadership decision-making.
  • •Establish and own key financial KPIs and metrics for organisational health, span of control, location concentration, and cost-per-head.
  • •Oversee employee benefit expenses and the headcount management framework, collaborating with peer Senior FBPs for a unified approach.
  • •Drive automation of headcount tracking and employee benefit reporting towards scalable, tool-driven architectures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 112,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a professional finance qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent (MBA/Masters in Finance) with extensive post-qualification experience.
  • •Advanced grasp of IFRS and corporate accounting.
  • •Proven experience partnering with senior leadership teams, specifically within People and Functions.
  • •Demonstrated track record managing complex, company-wide headcount structures and long-term workforce planning, including international location strategies and large operational expense budgets.
  • •Strong data and automation mindset: building KPI dashboards and predictive models, and leveraging technology to reduce manual processes.
