Key Responsibilities

•Define and implement client plans focused on growth, retention, and profitability with a global view of the account.
•Develop and execute value-added initiatives, including cross-selling opportunities, in coordination with mediators and internal teams.
•Establish externally-facing relationships with client decision-makers and position as a strategic advisor.
•Lead internal cross-functional teams (Underwriting, Claims, Operations) to ensure alignment, agility, and delivery quality.
•Ensure excellence in service by overseeing end-to-end CX delivery and negotiating complex value-driven solutions.

Key Requirements

•Experience in managing corporate client relationships within the insurance sector or a closely related field; proven track record in driving growth and client retention.
•Strong customer focus with a strategic, results-oriented mindset and the ability to translate client needs into actionable plans.
•Excellent negotiation and influencing skills with a history of closing complex deals and creating win-win outcomes.
•Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (Underwriting, Claims, Operations, etc.) in a matrixed organization to deliver high-quality client outcomes.
•Fluent English; strong communication skills and the ability to engage senior-level client stakeholders.
