Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide full operational support to the team, anticipating workload and preparing appropriate materials.
  • •Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of customer information in Group systems.
  • •Liaise with other Corporate/CIB teams to develop the best possible experience and outcomes for customers, employees, and the Bank.
  • •Adhere to HSBC policy, procedures, and control requirements, raising concerns about actual or potential issues promptly.
  • •Take personal responsibility for understanding performance expectations and completing mandatory training to build capability and competence needed for the role.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from a public/private university.
  • •Experience in banking operations, particularly in Wholesale banking, credit or risk.
  • •Sound knowledge of trade services, treasury, and investment banking products, plus local regulations and exposure to the corporate banking industry.
  • •Any applicant from a bank or financial institution must pass the Banking Professional Exam (JAIBB & AIBB) to be appointed in a higher position at HSBC (BRPD circular no. 02, dated 16 Jan 2025).
