Senior Architect – AI & ML leads enterprise-scale AI and data solutions, owning the Data Platform & Advanced Analytics and AI technical support, including architectural design, MVPs, and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities

•Define the AI and data architecture vision and roadmap for the global technology center, aligning with digital transformation goals.
•Architect and lead the development of AI/data platforms supporting enterprise-scale apps, including Gen AI, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.
•Define standards and best practices, ensure scalable, maintainable architectures, and evaluate build vs. buy decisions and open-source technologies.
•Lead technical evaluations and PoCs for emerging AI technologies; translate business requirements into robust architectures with cross-functional teams.
•Mentor solution architects, data engineers and AI specialists; promote responsible AI practices and contribute to reusable architecture assets.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data engineering or related field.
•12–15 years of experience in software and solution architecture, with at least 7–8 years in leading AI, ML and data-intensive projects.
•Proven leadership in designing and delivering large-scale, cloud-native AI and data platforms; experience driving enterprise-wide technology strategy and architecture governance.
•Expert in designing AI/ML systems with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face; strong data engineering experience with Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow, and Delta Lake.
•Deep knowledge of cloud-native architecture and AI/ML services on AWS, Azure, or GCP; skilled in building scalable APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems; proficient in MLOps/DataOps (MLflow, Kubeflow, CI/CD).
