Key Responsibilities

•Own core revenue streams end to end, including month-end and quarter-end close execution for DTC memberships, imaging and scan services, and mobile diagnostic services.
•Build and refine close processes for each stream, improving workflows and moving execution through systems rather than manual effort.
•Identify and investigate revenue data quality issues and partner with data engineering and product teams to fix root causes and drive automation, including Rillet rollout integrations and scalable workflows.
•Manage and grow a team of Senior Accountants while transitioning work from interim contractors and outsourced resources.
•Lead revenue reporting and analysis (deferred revenue schedules, revenue flux analyses), serve as the primary KPMG audit contact for revenue matters, and maintain internal controls, SOPs, and process documentation for SOX readiness.

Key Requirements

•8-12+ years of progressive revenue accounting experience with significant ownership of multi-stream month-end close and reporting (Big 4 preferred).
•Strong close management experience owning the close calendar, coaching the team, and delivering on time across multiple revenue streams.
•Ability to identify and resolve data quality issues at the root cause by partnering with product, engineering, and data teams.
•Experience managing and developing accountants, including hiring, onboarding, and growing a team.
•Familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition for subscription and service-based revenue models, including performance obligations, variable consideration, and bundled offerings.
