•Manage customer requirements, power and networking calculations, and equipment lists for LMR and ecosystem solutions
•Assist in contract negotiations and provide consultative guidance to customers and the sales team

•Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Systems Integration, Solutions Architecture, Public Safety, Military OR 8+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Systems Integration, Solutions Architecture, Public Safety, Military
•Strong knowledge of wireless communications fundamentals and voice/data architectures (e.g., APCO P25, LTE, 802.11, 3G/4G)
•General knowledge of IP networking architecture, protocols and security
•Knowledge of RF coverage predictions, traffic/capacity modeling, and related toolsets is an asset
•Positive attitude with a can-do mentality and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
