NPI Manager, Buyer

Direct the activities of buyers and expediters to meet company objectives by evaluating vendor reliability, surveying vendors, and approving purchases within defined limits. Develop procurement policies and procedures, and monitor cost, schedule, and performance of major subcontracts. Coordinate purchasing with engineering and manufacturing to maintain inventory levels and provide leadership, guidance, and ethical compliance aligned to Applied Materials standards.
