Key Responsibilities

  • •Work collaboratively with other team members to uphold NMC Nursing Strategy and provide safe, outstanding care.
  • •Act as the patient’s advocate and deliver safe, compassionate, individualized care.
  • •Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patients’ needs while working within the scope of practice.
  • •Uphold NMC values (safety, excellence, ethics, trust, collaboration) and contribute to an outstanding patient experience.
  • •Be willing to work across departments when necessary, including delivering care for patients and their bystanders.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold an appropriate license to work as a registered nurse in the relevant regulatory health authority with the required qualifications and experience.
  • •Manage your own professional re-licensure.
  • •Hold a valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider card.
  • •Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English (spoken and written).
  • •Work within the scope of practice, putting the health, wellbeing and safety of the patient first while assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating needs.
