Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee bridge construction activities including excavation, concrete, precast elements, bridge seats, bearings and joints, rail, drainage, and incidental items.
  • •Interface with contractors and attend meetings; report to the Resident Engineer and may act as their representative depending on experience.
  • •Complete daily reports and measure/calculate unit price quantities.
  • •Coordinate independent material sampling and testing; monitor maintenance of traffic.
  • •Take and compile photographs for daily progress tracking; help update red-line drawings using Bluebeam.

  • •9 years applicable experience; relevant advanced education may be considered in lieu of required professional experience
