Job Summary

Provide onsite network engineering support for Mashreq’s Egypt data/voice environment. Prepare network documentation and diagrams, configure and troubleshoot routing and switching issues (including OSPF/BGP/MPLS/HSRP), and support voice/video architecture. Work with IT vendors and internal Technology Network and Security teams to deliver IT initiatives, maintain passive network infrastructure, and ensure operational risk compliance and vendor SLA adherence.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare network team MBOs and ensure standards and procedures are followed through technical direction to staff.
•Prepare network diagrams and documentation and maintain an organized passive network environment (cables, labels, port mapping, floor maps).
•Troubleshoot routing and switching issues across OSPF, BGP, STP, HSRP, ACL, MPLS, DMVPN, and NAT.
•Execute hands-on configuration changes on Mashreq Egypt data/voice network and devices with minimum business interruption.
•Coordinate with Technology Network and Security teams and IT vendors, monitor vendor SLA, provide onsite branch user support if needed, and support security-related physical implementations and voice/video architecture.
