Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare network team MBOs and ensure standards and procedures are followed through technical direction to staff.
  • •Prepare network diagrams and documentation and maintain an organized passive network environment (cables, labels, port mapping, floor maps).
  • •Troubleshoot routing and switching issues across OSPF, BGP, STP, HSRP, ACL, MPLS, DMVPN, and NAT.
  • •Execute hands-on configuration changes on Mashreq Egypt data/voice network and devices with minimum business interruption.
  • •Coordinate with Technology Network and Security teams and IT vendors, monitor vendor SLA, provide onsite branch user support if needed, and support security-related physical implementations and voice/video architecture.
