•Conduct discovery conversations to understand clients’ business, goals, financial needs, credit profile, and growth opportunities.
•Serve as primary point of contact, recommending appropriate solutions across loans, deposits, cash management, and other core banking products.
•Design and structure financial solutions aligned to client objectives, credit standards, portfolio quality expectations, and responsible banking practices.
•Manage portfolio performance and credit quality by monitoring market trends, identifying risk indicators, applying underwriting judgment, and partnering with internal teams to support outcomes.

Key Requirements

•NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, with ongoing compliance (including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record).
•Comply with U.S. Bank Code of Ethics and requirements including Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security, and suspicious activity reporting.
•Typically a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) and three to four years of experience in relationship banking.
•Expert-level consultative selling, financial analysis, and relationship management skills.
•Strong working knowledge of lending policies, credit structures, products/services, and regulatory requirements.
