Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage recruitment and hiring operations from defining role needs through completing appointment procedures with relevant departments.
  • •Attract suitable candidates using modern assessment methods and recruitment practices, including direct recruiting/headhunting.
  • •Coordinate and monitor the performance management cycle and ensure adherence to approved policies and procedures.
  • •Develop, update, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and working manuals aligned with laws and best practices.

Salary: 30,001 - 40,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or Administrative Information Systems (or equivalent).
  • •5–7 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in recruitment/talent sourcing, performance management, training & development, and policy/procedure development.
  • •Experience conducting and coordinating recruitment processes including staffing needs definition and hiring procedures.
  • •Experience developing, updating, and implementing HR policies, procedures, and work manuals in line with regulations and best practices.
  • •Experience coordinating performance management, training programs, and analyzing HR reporting and KPIs to support decision-making.
