Senior HR Specialist

Manage and administer end-to-end recruitment operations, from identifying staffing needs to completing hiring procedures, in coordination with relevant departments. Source and assess talent using modern evaluation methods, including direct recruiting/headhunting. Oversee performance management cycles, ensure compliance with HR policies, and develop/update HR policies and procedures aligned with regulations. Plan and measure training, workforce planning, employee happiness initiatives, and handle employee complaints and disputes.
