Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop estimate plans, defensible basis of estimate, man-hour estimates, and estimate road map schedules.
  • •Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to support the Planning team.
  • •Extract quantities from drawings to create MTOs and translate MTO into BOQ while identifying gaps in drawings/specifications.
  • •Analyze budgetary quotations for commercial bid evaluation, including procurement, contracts, and market cost drivers; review subcontractor proposals when needed.
  • •Assess cost risks and uncertainties, quantify contingencies, collaborate across EPC/EPCM teams, and train/guide junior estimators.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficient user of relevant software and calculation templates.
  • •Work experience in the respective position no less than 5 years.
  • •Able to translate MTO into bills of quantities (BOQ) and interpret working drawings and specifications.
  • •Create MTOs by extracting quantities from drawings for Civil, Concrete, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Piping, and E&I work.
  • •Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for project phases (conceptual, FEED, detailed design, execution) aligned with AACE standards.
