Key Responsibilities

•Ensure business alignment of CRM solutions and guarantee CRM evolutions meet business needs in a coherent and scalable way across markets
•Translate business needs into CRM evolutions and co-build the CRM roadmap with tech/product teams
•Define and drive a global CRM adoption strategy, including training programs and ambassador networks
•Coordinate multiple CRM projects in parallel, manage governance and reporting on progress and impact
•Collaborate with Sales, Ops, IT, Data, Compliance and local teams to ensure governance, cadence, and successful delivery

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, CRM or Consulting
•Strong understanding of commercial processes (sales process, pipeline, Sales organization)
•Hands-on experience with Salesforce (advanced usage)
•Experience managing cross-functional projects, ideally in an international environment
•Excellent communication and influencing skills; English fluency required
