Job Summary

Lead and grow a delivery team of technical AI specialists deploying Agentforce solutions in complex enterprise customer environments. You’ll coordinate capacity, hiring, and staffing for cross-functional squads, set engineering standards, and act as the final technical escalation point. Partner with Product and Engineering on pilots and beta rollouts, unblock data readiness and multi-agent orchestration challenges, and drive executive-level customer relationships to move from pilot to production.

Key Responsibilities

•Directly manage and grow a team of technical AI specialists deploying Agentforce solutions inside complex customer environments.
•Own capacity planning, talent acquisition, and staffing to ensure cross-functional squads can deploy Agentforce at enterprise scale.
•Set engineering standards and serve as the final technical escalation point, with strong architectural judgment across the Salesforce platform and agentic orchestration.
•Unblock enterprise implementations by addressing data readiness, tool integration, and multi-agent orchestration challenges, and codify repeatable delivery methodologies.
•Drive executive-level relationships and portfolio performance by ensuring Agentforce activation and rollout, monitoring delivery health and velocity, and partnering with cross-functional teams to move customers from pilot to production.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of direct people management or high-impact technical leadership steering cross-functional engineering or technical teams, including hiring and scaling technical talent.
•Advanced technical depth in AI and LLMs, plus hands-on experience with enterprise software implementation, data modeling, API integration, and AI deployments.
•Direct, hands-on experience architecting or deploying Salesforce Data Cloud and the Agentforce platform, including orchestrating to deliver production value at enterprise scale.
•Enterprise customer focus with strong executive-level communication and influence, capable of engaging CTOs and enterprise architects.
•A ship-it mindset with strong problem-solving and resourcefulness to drive solutions from sketch to deployable quickly.
