Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain an effective, organized stockroom and logistical environment.
  • •Execute store operations with focus on product flow to/from the store, sales floor, and back of house.
  • •Use BI reporting to prioritize top sellers and reduce black hole items to improve BOH productivity and pace.
  • •Perform weekly cycle counts to resolve negatives on weekly reports with management approval.
  • •Record and manage inventory movements, ensure shipments received are posted, and resolve inbound discrepancies. (including training/guide selected team members on basic stockroom processes)

Key Requirements

  • •2-4 years of retail experience in a commercial-focused retail environment with stockroom knowledge.
  • •Intermediate numeracy and literacy skills with advanced verbal communication.
  • •Matric Certificate.
  • •Ability to manage store KPI targets using available store resources to meet or exceed them.
  • •Ability to accurately record and manage inter-store and warehouse inventory movements, including receiving, resolving inbound, and handling discrepancies.
