  • •Maintain a compliance-first approach, ensuring security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards are met.
  • •Educate clients on using mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
  • •Listen to customers to identify personal or business needs and recommend the right digital tools or banking solutions.
  • •Support surrounding branches as needed within a 50-mile radius and work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
