Job Summary

Join the Services Team to deliver CAD/BIM support for engineering projects as an MEP Revit Technician. You’ll prepare and coordinate LOD 350/400 3D Revit models, create parametric Revit families, perform clash detection and resolution, and support design and bid teams with 3D/4D visualizations. You’ll also prepare BoQ quantities from the model and work closely with project stakeholders in Bengaluru and Noida under a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare MEP 3D Revit models in LOD-350/400.
•Coordinate models with other MEP services plus architectural and structural models.
•Perform clash detection and clash resolution.
•Create parametric Revit families.
•Support design and bid teams with 3D/4D visualizations and BoQ quantity preparation from the 3D model.

Key Requirements

•Engineering/Diploma in Mechanical engineering is preferred, along with draughting qualifications.
•4+ years of production experience in design, drafting, and engineering in a similar role with a strong track record.
•Certification from a reputed training institute or skill development center is an added advantage.
•Good English communication skills.
•Be computer literate and able to plan and manage workload to meet task time requirements.
