Job Summary

Support the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of corporate clients in Aon’s Corporate Risk team, delivering exceptional service throughout the insurance policy lifecycle. Build understanding of clients’ businesses, risks, and insurance requirements; assist with bespoke insurance programmes; attend pre-renewal and renewal discussions; negotiate renewals and amendments; and prepare renewal reports, policy comparisons, and marketing presentations while maintaining strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of corporate clients while maintaining high client service standards.
•Develop an understanding of clients’ businesses, risk exposures, and insurance requirements.
•Assist with the design, placement, and ongoing management of bespoke insurance programmes.
•Attend client meetings for pre-renewal and renewal discussions and support insurer surveys where appropriate.
•Negotiate renewals, mid-term adjustments, and cover amendments, and prepare renewal reports and policy comparisons to support client recommendations.

Key Requirements

•A deep understanding of complex commercial insurance programmes, ideally from a client servicing, account handling, broking, or underwriting role.
•Knowledge of core commercial insurance products and solutions, with exposure to global placements advantageous.
•Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, insurers, and colleagues.
•Commercial awareness and an understanding of client needs, market dynamics, and risk management principles.
•A proactive, client-focused approach with a passion for delivering excellent service and developing technical expertise.
