Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform primary operational duties while serving as an SME for assigned processes.
  • •Reinforce and execute standard work instructions; explain, troubleshoot, and identify deviations, gaps, or risks.
  • •Provide hands-on training for new hires, cross-training, and retraining using approved standard work instructions.
  • •Support department leadership with advanced operational needs such as process changes, system updates, ramp-ups, and stabilization efforts.
  • •Support operational stability by resolving process questions in real time, coaching associates through complex scenarios, and escalating systemic issues appropriately.

Salary: USD 19.47 - 21.88
