Build and maintain in-branch customer relationships by meeting face to face, assessing customers’ banking needs, and recommending deposit and loan solutions aligned to their goals. Originate and close consumer loans, open accounts, and open and/or close the branch while following bank and branch policies. Cover assigned branch clusters with a flexible 6-day schedule, travel as needed within the district, and perform required security and operational processes with minimal supervision.
