  • •Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets; track progress and resolve obstacles to minimize schedule disruption.
  • •Analyze gathered data to develop solutions or alternative approaches that optimize performance and improve efficiency.
  • •Prepare and present status and technical content to CIPT and upper management; maintain plans and progress reports.
  • •Lead Class 1 and Class 2 engineering change execution and coordinate project activities with functional organizations.
  • •Support military budget EVMS activities, perform risk assessments with mitigation plans as needed, and participate in continuous improvement (CORE tools) and AS9100 efforts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Civil or Aerospace Engineering.
  • •5 years of engineering experience or an Advanced degree with 3 years of engineering experience.
  • •Experience with program/project management tools such as SAP and EVMS, and related tools (e.g., Teamcenter, Confluence, Jira).
  • •Experience with MS Office and scheduling tools such as MS Project.
  • •Completed CAM Training / CAM Certified.
