Job Summary

Review and interpret trust indentures for CLO/structured finance reporting requirements, translating deal document language into technical report specifications. Set up payment calculations in in-house systems, map and reconcile collateral data, and perform tax elections and reporting as needed. Compile monthly/quarterly/annual payment and tax reports, run portfolio compliance trade testing, complete quality control reviews, and coordinate with operations, asset managers, investors, auditors, and rating agencies.

•Proficient computer navigation using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications.
