Install, service, and troubleshoot Vivint smart home technology in customers’ homes, including security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems. Evaluate homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades and service enhancements on-site, and educate homeowners on how to use their new systems. Work with virtual and on-the-job training, coaching, and a strong safety culture while delivering a consultative, customer-first experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
•Evaluate customer homes and recommend equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
•Train homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
•Provide consultative, on-site recommendations while serving as the face of Vivint.
•Advance through consistent coaching and leadership training within the organization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 27.67 - 31.07 hourly

Key Requirements

•Have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record; pass post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements per applicable law.

•Bring a sales mindset; experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a plus.
•Maintain a customer-first attitude and build rapport with diverse customers with integrity.
•Meet physical requirements including lifting up to 45 lbs and climbing ladders up to 14 feet; work in confined spaces like attics.
