Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently source, evaluate, and run a pipeline of M&A and investment opportunities from initial engagement through LOI.
  • •Build and pressure-test valuation, structure, and strategic rationale, escalating appropriately on highest-stakes decisions.
  • •Serve as primary driver across Corp Dev workstreams once a deal signs an LOI, coordinating Finance, Legal, HR, and the business through close and integration handoff.
  • •Run tight diligence across technical, product, commercial, and financial dimensions, ensuring cross-functional input moves between LOI and closure.
  • •Partner with the Ventures team to surface actionable opportunities and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders on strategic fit and transactions.

Key Requirements

  • •4–8 years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Venture Capital.
