Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and maintain training and support programs for clinical information systems initiatives.
  • •Host virtual training sessions and create easy-to-follow guides for clinicians.
  • •Perform database reporting and clinical research across an integrated healthcare system.
  • •Compile, process, and maintain medical records in alignment with medical, administrative, ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.
  • •Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure data is properly conveyed and analyzed through virtual communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Nursing, Health Information Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • •Prior clinical experience combined with IT literacy.
  • •Experience delivering information systems training to users is a plus.
  • •Strong understanding of change management in information systems.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for clinical staff.
